Ky-Mani's birthplace in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976, is among the most famous and rich Reggae singers. He was a member of Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani enlisted Shang Records where he recorded his debut album in 1996 With Father Like Son and several singles including Judge Not With Patra then Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap Fit (remix) and Sensimelia each of which contributed to his rising popularity in the newest generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell of Fugees to record Electric Avenue by Eddy Grant. The song became a massive hit in 1997. Marley was the first musician to play on stage at Midem in Miami the world's largest showcase of musical talent. At the Cameo Theatre Marley performed a performance that was broadcast live on air by the Caribbean News Agency to 36 countries. Marley was a target in an auction war.
