Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She was best known as Anna Garner, the main character in The Girl Experience. Her first film part in the Babysitters in which she played Brenda Woodberg. Krause was studying drama in the college as well as appearing in numerous Off-Broadway productions. She also played in New York-based episodes of television series on the network. The family of her father is Japan as is her mother who is American. Nathaniel is her older brother. He is an actor as well as a director. After attending the Washington School of Ballet and participating in plays, musicals and other performances of Henry Krieger and Bill Russell in high school she started to pursue her love for arts. The school she attended was an acting class at Carnegie Mellon Drama School after graduation from high school. Krause was soon ready to embark on a career as an actor. As a singer in a musical of Aida she received the Equity Card. Louisa Krause's career began in theatre. She was in the Huntington Theatre Company's production Iphigenia 2 in 2006. She was Iphigenia, in Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 from 2007.
